Haven exists to provide competent, compassionate, trauma-informed mental health care within the communities of Sacramento, the Bay Area and beyond.

We are a small, locally-owned business that upholds the values of inclusivity, equity, and justice in all contexts, but especially in the hallowed spaces of mental health care and trauma recovery. We believe that every person who seeks treatment for their mental health deserves to be treated with dignity, integrity and respect, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or socioeconomic status.

We believe that black lives matter.

We stand in solidarity with all those who’ve traumatized by oppressive systems that enact violence against black, brown, queer and trans lives.

We engage in anti-racist trainings and educational events in an effort to deconstruct areas of privilege and conditioned biases.
